Placeholders can be added to Message Templates to automatically substitute the placeholder with data from the claim, when using the template to populate your message.

To add placeholders to your templates, just drag and drop the desired one into the compose template box. You can also search the list of available placeholders and copy/paste placeholders from another message template.
