External users are those users that do not work for your company and belong to external entities such as suppliers, clients, repairers or insurers.

External users are linked to the company they work for and will ONLY see and access the claims their company is linked to.

External users' ability to perform actions in Claimable and contribute to the claim process can be set by roles. External users can both be full users or limited access users.

For instance, a user belonging to a law firm that you work with can have the user role "manager" and be able to perform most actions on only a specific set of claims.

Or, they could have the role "read-only" user and be able to only view a specific group of claims without the ability to edit or contribute to the claims.
