Depending on how you collect the consent, you can store this information in Claimable in various ways:
1) We suggest applying a label called "Data Consent Provided" to the contacts that have provided consent. In this way, you will have an overview of the contacts that have consented and the ones that have not done that yet.
2) If you request consent via a form, you can also upload a copy of the form to the Documents tab under the contact profile.
3) If you collect the consent via phone call you may want to write a note to record the date and time. All notes are automatically time-stamped so you will only need to add a quick note such as "Data consent received via phone call".
