Yes, the Message Templates feature allows you to automatically set the subject of an email and automatically populate it with information from within the claim.
To do so, just drag and drop placeholders in to the subject field to create your preferred format.
💡Tip: Create a standardised subject line format for all messages
To help your team with consistency you may want to have a standardised subject line to use across all outbound messages, perhaps including the Claim ID or reference number, claimant name etc.
To achieve this you just need to create a Message Template with your preferred subject line and populate the body so it isn't blank - even just "Hello" will suffice - to fulfil the requirement for a template body to be present.
Then, when sending a message via Claimable your team can now simply load the template before typing the email and you will have a automatically populated subject line in your preferred format.
