Yes, Claimable allows you to make certain documents only visible to internal users.
To do so, the documents will need to belong to a folder with visibility set to "Your Company users only". Private folders show a padlock near their name.
Users with role Manager or Admin can change the visibility of folders via the Document Folders section under Account Settings.
To change a folder to private, just select the "Your Company users only" option from the Visibility Level drop-down menu and click "Save".
