Claimable allows you to upload documents to Claims, Loss Events, Contacts and Companies. By creating Document Folders you can keep all the documents uploaded neatly organised and easy to retrieve.

All folders are visible to "All Users" by default, however you can make them private by selecting the "Your Company users only" option under the "Visibility Level".

πŸ‘€ Changing the visibility level of a folder changes the visibility of all documents contained in that folder.

How Do I Set the Folder Visibility?

To set the visibility level on folders:

  • Access the "Document Folders" section under "Account Settings"

  • Click on the folder you wish to change visibility for or create a new one

  • Select the preferred option in the "Visibility Level" drop-down menu

  • Click "Save"

Only users with the role admin and manager can change the visibility level of folders.

Documents Visible to Internal Users Only

All Documents saved under a folder with visibility set to "Your Company Users Only" are private to your team and will not be accessible to any external user.

Private folders show a padlock next to their name.
