This makes Ghostwriter Mode ideal for maintaining consistency by allowing your whole team to share a single Claimable email address, perfect for team or departmental communication.
It can also be helpful when communicating with claim parties, for example, if you are off work but want a colleague to reply on your behalf. In this situation Ghostwriter Mode ensures seamless communications and an uninterrupted service for customers.
