You can link an insurer to a claim from the Claim Details tab within a claim. All the companies with the type “Insurer” are available to choose from the Insurer field drop-down menu. Simply choose the insurer you want to link to the claim and click “Save”.

Remember, you can only link an insurer to a claim if a company with the type "Insurer" have been previously created.
