How do I change the claim an email thread is linked to?

Move, or re-link, a message to another claim.

Claimable allows you to change the claim an email is linked to, easily from the main Messages tab.

To do so:

  1. Go to the main Messages tab

  2. Search and open the conversation in question

  3. Click on the "Change" link

  4. Search for the claim you would like the conversation to be linked to

  5. Click "Link Conversation"
