Claimable assigns you an email address that you can use to send and receive emails within your Claimable account. Your Claimable email address allows all emails to be linked, received and stored in Claimable under the correct claims.
By default, your Claimable email address is typically [email protected] but the part before the @ (the email alias) can be customised if needed. To change it, contact our support team via the in-app chat or email us at [email protected], and we’ll take care of it for you.
You can find your dedicated email address under Preferences by clicking on your name in the top right corner and choosing "Your Preferences" in the pop up menu.
