We are committed to supporting our customers in complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that came into effect on 25th May 2018.
To guarantee this, going forward, we regularly refine our product roadmap as it pertains to the GDPR to make sure we continue to meet all the legal requirements, set out by the new law.
These are some of the ongoing activities we carry out:
Product Development
We have developed data management features that enable the retrieval, redaction and deletion of data linked to an individual in a fast and efficient way.
In addition, to support any Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR), data linked to an individual or a user can be easily accessed and exported via the API or the interface.
Claimable is committed to continuously advancing our product features to conform to security standards and boost customer experience.
An Updated Security and Privacy Policy
We have updated our security code of conduct and privacy policy to fully abide by the GDPR and reflect the “privacy by design” principles adhered to throughout our organisation.
Security is a priority for us and we are constantly reviewing our processes to make sure we deliver the highest standard of security to our customers, and our customers' customers.
Reviewing Third Parties’ Contracts
We regularly review contracts with our providers where appropriate to make sure the GDPR obligations are met.
Keeping Staff Updated and Involved in the Process of Compliance
All staff are trained on the GDPR requirements and involved in the development of the product roadmap and the review of the security processes.
