You will be prompted when you delete the filter or label if other users are relying on it for scheduled exports. If you do not have permission to delete filters or labels with scheduled exports, you can not proceed. You will need to ask a manager or administrator to do it for you.

Otherwise, if you are allowed to delete the filter or label, any users with scheduled exports will be notified that their scheduled export has been cancelled.
