How do I customise the Claim Checklist?

βœ… Claimable allows you to have the Claim Checklist automatically populated with tasks that repeat for every claim you manage.

This means you can have a set of tasks assigned to a specific user and with a due date automatically calculated and allocated. We call these Repeating Tasks.

Claimable allows you to have a specific set of tasks per claim type.

For example, for motor claims, the tasks you may need to perform could be: "Verify driving licence", "Contact and appoint repairer", "Collect supporting documents", etc.

While, for property claims, you may have a different set of tasks, such as: "Request and review rental agreement", Assign adjuster", "Review property damage", etc.

To get your Repeating Tasks set up, you will just need to send a list of tasks you would like configured via email at help@claimable.com or via the in-app chat bubble.

To help you with this, here is the information you should send us so we can set up your tasks.

Choose between: specific user (e.g.: yourself); the user that created the claim or no-one

Claim creator

Due Date (optional)

Blank or automatically populated. If automatically populated specify when the due date should be. For example "x amount of days" AFTER one of the following: claim created date, claim reported date or incident date

1 day after date the claim is created

Label (optional)

One or more labels to categorise the task

Urgent
