Message Templates are available for accounts on the Growth and Established price plans.

When composing a message in Claimable, you can select the required Message Template by clicking the "Load Template" button under the message compose box on the left-hand side.

This will populate your draft message with the contents of the template, with any placeholders automatically substituted with data from the claim.
