How to edit your user profile, change your email and password.

By accessing the Profile section of your Claimable account, under the menu displaying your name in the top right, you can personalise your settings and edit information about your user account to make Claimable suit your workflow.

Your Profile

The Your Profile section allows you to see information regarding your account and make changes to it. From here, you can edit your first and last name, email address, position and work phone number.

Here you can also have an overview of your status and usage data.

Password & Login

From the Password & Login section you can change your password and set up your Multi Factor Authentication.

Change your password

In order to change your password, you just need to choose one, type it in the New Password box and click "Save".

Choosing a secure password is really important for your data security. For this reason, we have created a strength meter to measure your password strength and help you make the right choice. While typing your password you will see that the strength meter underneath highlights the level of security of your password, use this to inform your choice.

The minimum is 3 bars.

Set Up MFA

On the Multi-Factor Authentication section you can enable or reset different verification methods by clicking the "Turn On" button next to each and following the instructions.

Notifications

The Notifications tab allows you to manage your notification preferences to make sure you receive only relevant notifications from Claimable.

The available notifications are:

  • New Claim

  • Claim Assigned

  • Claim Status Changed (All Claims)

  • Claim Status Changed (Assigned Claims)

  • Task Assigned

  • Task Completed

  • Claimable Daily

  • Note Added (All Claims)

  • Note Added (Assigned Claims)

  • Comments on Your Notes

All notifications are optional. You will be subscribed to our Claimable Daily, Claim Assigned, Claim Status Changed (Assigned Claims) and Task Assigned notifications automatically when activating your account, nevertheless, you can opt-out at any time.

To change which notifications you receive, check/uncheck the box next to the notification and then click "Save".

Preferences

From the Preferences tab you can further customise how Claimable looks to suit your workflow.

Here you can change the following:

  • The Message Signature that is added at the bottom of all emails you send from within Claimable;

  • The From Name Format, which represents how emails sent from Claimable will show as being from;

  • The Message Compose Behaviour that allows you to choose whether to launch your default email application or Claimable when clicking on an email address within Claimable.
