The Claimable Daily is a morning email functioning as your personal daily agenda to help you boost your productivity and better organise your workload.

You will be sent the Claimable Daily via email, at approximately 8am, on every day that you have tasks due on that day or on the day after. The email will only include tasks which have a "Due Date" specified and that are assigned to you.

The Claimable Daily is broken down into three parts: overdue tasks, today's tasks and tomorrow's tasks. The email is designed as a daily agenda, to help you plan for the day ahead, so the most prominent information is a list of your tasks due today.

Each task is listed under the claim it belongs to, and includes the task title, the task type and any labels applied to that task. You can also view the task in Claimable, by clicking the View button to the right of each task.

Here is an example of the Claimable Daily:

Overdue
The overdue summary, in red, at the beginning of the email shows you the total number of tasks that are still not completed, but were due to be completed before today. By clicking on the link you can access the My Overdue tasks filter, so you can work through the list. We recommend advancing the Due Date or simply closing/deleting the task, if it is no longer relevant or required. This will help avoid you building up a large number of overdue tasks.

Due Today
The "Due Today" list shows you all tasks due on the current day. By clicking on the title you can access the My Due Today filter, so you can start actioning each task within Claimable.

Clicking the View button to the right of each task takes you straight to that individual task in Claimable.

Due Tomorrow
The "Due Tomorrow" list shows you all tasks due on the following day. By clicking on the title you can access the My Upcoming filter, which shows you all tasks due in the future, starting with tomorrow's tasks at the top of the list.

Clicking the View button to the right of each task takes you straight to that individual task in Claimable.

Opt-Out / Unsubscribe

The Claimable Daily is on by default, for every user, but you will only receive it if you use our task management feature. If you don't have any tasks assigned to you, you won't receive it.

Nevertheless, it's an optional feature and you can choose to opt-in and opt-out at any time. To do so, just access your Notification Preferences from the Settings link under the drop-down menu showing your name, in the top right corner. From this page, you can adjust your notification preferences by checking/unchecking the checkboxes, and clicking "Save".
