Claimable offers three different subscription plans: Startup, Growth and Established. Each plan offers varying degrees of functionality to suit your business needs.

Billing Frequency

We bill on a monthly cycle, on the day you first activate your account. For example, if you activated your account on 27th, the first payment will be taken on that day, and then on the 27th of every month thereafter for as long as your account is active.

The amount of your bill depends on two factors: 

  1. The number of active full users.

  2. Your current price plan.

Annual Billing

For certain accounts we offer annual payment in advance, with a discount. Please contact us at help@claimable.com if you are interested in paying annually.

Pro-Rata Billing

If you add users mid-way through your billing cycle, we will bill you pro-rata for that user for the remainder of the billing period.

For example, if your renewal day is the 27th of the month, and you add a new user on the 10th, you will be charged for that user for the 17 days until the 27th, at which point the current billing period ends and a new one begins.

Payment Methods

We offer payment by credit/debit card and direct debit (UK only).

Payment is taken automatically on day of your renewal for as long as your account is active.

Refunds & Credits

We can not provide refunds and if you remove a user mid-way through your billing cycle, you will receive a user credit valid until the next renewal date, at which point your bill will reflect that there is one less active user.
