There are two ways to export notes from Claimable:
PDF Export, Per-Claim - exports notes in PDF format on a per-claim basis.
Bulk Export, via Claims Export - exports notes in bulk via the export claims to Excel feature.
1. PDF Export, Per-Claim
On a per-claim basis, you can export All, Pinned and searched notes for that claim, by visiting the Notes tab and clicking the export button in the top right corner.
2. Bulk Export, via Claims Export
From the main Claims tab, click the export button to initiate an export of claims data. Choose the "XLSX" format (Excel spreadsheet) and check the "Include 'Notes' tab" option. This will include a "Notes" tab on the exported spreadsheet containing all notes belonging to exported claims.
