Claimable will automatically save messages that you have started composing but you are not ready to send yet.

If the message is a reply to an existing conversation, a grey pencil icon will show alongside the conversation in the list to indicate there is an unsent draft message.

If the message is the start of a new conversation, you can find all your saved drafts by clicking on the Drafts tab when viewing Messages inside a claim, or on the Drafts filter from the main Messages tab.

✏️ Note: For a newly composed message to save as a draft, it has to have at least one participant and the subject line must be populated.
