Payment details for claimants is managed through their contact record, accessible via the Contacts tab within the claim, or their profile under the main Contacts tab.

You can store payment details for a contact under the "Payment Details" section of their profile. For example:

When the contact is the claimant of a claim with payments, their payment details will show in columns on Claims exports (XLSX format) when the "Include payments tab?" option is checked. Learn more about exporting payment details.
